AW Maritime were engaged to provide engineering services for the upgrade of the Hawthorn Rowing Club Landing in Melbourne, Victoria. The City of Boroondara wanted to construct a new floating pontoon to replace an existing timber landing at the Hawthorn Rowing Club facility. The site is located on the eastern bank of the Yarra River, south of the Hawthorn Bridge.

- Liaison with authorities including Melbourne Water
- Cost estimates
- Design drawings including demolition plan for existing structure
- Technical specification
- Tender evaluation
- Construction phase support
The floating pontoon solution was completed in early 2023.
