The Port Welshpool Long Jetty rehabilitation project recently reached a significant milestone with the installation of the final precast panel.  Construction of the heritage winch shed is currently underway on the new deck, using the original timbers.  Construction work by the contractor, SMC Marine is on track for an opening by Christmas.
