Mooring Study
AW Maritime completed a mooring analysis for No 3 Berth Bell Bay, Tasmania. The objective of the mooring study was to provide both serviceability and ultimate limit state design. The study looked at a number of design cases across various return periods returning the resultant load on each mooring point across the structure. Design parameters include environmental conditions, model vessel for analysis, and mooring arrangements. The items considered as part of the study:
