Condition assessment and structural analysis
AW Maritime were engaged to undertake a condition inspection of the gangway tower located at the northern end of Holden Dock in Port Melbourne. The inspection comprised visual inspection of steelwork and associated elements. Following the inspection, AW Maritime completed a structural analysis of the gangway and determined the remaining life of the structure, and recommended a maintenance regime.
