AW Maritime completed the detailed design of a seawall at Mordialloc Creek. The existing steel sheetpile wall was severely corroded and had reached the end of its serviceable life. AW Maritime prepared detailed design for the installation of a new sheetpile seawall and extension of existing breakwaters at the entrance to Mordialloc Creek.
The construction phase of the project was due for completion late 2022 but as a result of challenging storm and tidal conditions during winter 2022, the project is now anticipated to conclude in autumn 2023.
