Detailed design of concrete wavescreen
As part of AW Maritime’s role completing the detailed design of the Portarlington harbour development, AW Maritime completed the design of a precast concrete wavescreen integrated with the construction of a new access jetty.
The concrete wavescreen provides protection along the western side of the harbour and allows safe operation of the Portarlington Ferry in a range of weather conditions. The design was successfully constructed by PW Johnson Constructions.
