Marine Structures Condition Assessment
AW Maritime were engaged by the Sandringham Yacht Club (SYC) to undertake a condition assessment of the Yacht Club’s marine structures.
AWM undertook the inspection in accordance with the Ports Australia Wharf Structures Condition Assessment Manual (WSCAM) and gave a rating ranging from ‘1’ (very good) to ‘7’ (very poor). The inspection included two separate jetties, a large sheet pile wall and hardstand supports.
Once the inspection was complete the team prepared a Condition Assessment Report which presented findings from the inspection and provided key recommendations for consideration by SYC.
