AW Maritime were engaged to do a feasibility study for the utilisation of South Wharf Berth 28 & 29 for the Swanston Dock Rehabilitation Project. To be able to use South Wharf Berth 28 & 29 as laydown area for piles and sheetpiles, AW Maritime reviewed and confirmed the pile weights, the height of piles that can be stacked within the permitted area, reviewed and advised a proposed crane, and produced a detailed plan showing pile layout and locations where the crane can operate.
